Please note:

Food product ingredients, feeding guides and composition analyses on the Website are provided by the food manufacturers and are correct as of 11/11/21.

While we endeavour to keep product information accurate and up to date, there may be occasions out of our control when manufacturers change recipe or re-brand that has not been reflected in our product information.

We understand that when shopping online, it may be difficult to visualise the actual size of an item, even where approximate product dimensions have been provided. Each pet is an individual and therefore while a product may generally be suitable for a certain breed type, it may not be suitable for certain individual pets. Therefore, upon receipt of your order, please ensure that you are confident that the product(s) you have purchased will in fact be suitable for your pets unique individual requirements.

Please always refer to product packaging for the most accurate up to date information before providing for your animal.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Product prices will be as quoted on the website except in the cases of obvious error.

Product prices and any other charges can be changed at any time but changes will not affect orders which have already been paid for in full.

Prices provided are fully inclusive of VAT. If the rate of VAT changes before you have paid for your order in full, the VAT may be adjusted accordingly.

With the large number of products present on the website and constant updates being made, its possible that products may be incorrectly priced. If the pricing error is obvious and could have been reasonably recognised by you, we do not have to provide the product at the incorrect lower price.

Payments for all products on the Website, either by credit or debit card, will be taken at the time of ordering once the card has been approved and stock availability has been confirmed.

DISCOUNT AND OFFERS

We offer discounts. offers and web only prices on many of the products through the Website. These offers cannot be applied in combination and in the case that you are entitled to discount at checkout for your goods, an extra reduction in price along with a special offer or web only price will not be applied. Each such offer and or discount shall be subject to its own express terms, however, each offer or promotion will be subject to availability at all times. Your statutory rights are not affected.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are contracting as a consumer, you reserve the right to cancel any contract for any reason and at any time within 28 days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. You will receive a full refund of the price paid in accordance with our RETURNS POLICY.

To cancel any contract between us, you must CONTACT US by email or phone and return the goods in perfect resaleable condition in accordance with our RETURNS POLICY. You have a legal obligation to ensure the condition of the goods while in your possession and return the goods to us at your own cost.

DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered in accordance with the DELIVERY POLICY.

From the time of delivery, the purchased products will be your responsibility.

Ownership of the products will only pass to you when the full payment has been received.

Pet HQ respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that a video that you own was uploaded to the website without your permission in a manner that constitutes copyright or any other intellectual property infringement, please contact us including the following information in your notice:

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).

A 'Force Majeure' Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;

civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;

fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;

impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;

impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account with immediate effect, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including and without limitation, if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms. At this point your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

IRISH LAW

The use of the Website and any contracts formed between us are governed and construed within the laws of Ireland.
