Pet HQ is the brand new pet supply store created for Greystones and its surrounding areas. We offer a LOCAL, FRIENDLY AND 100% IRISH service to residents. Owner Thomas is local to Greystones and has been for the best part of 30 years.

We specialise in QUALITY PET PRODUCTS PRIORITISNG PET HEALTH AND WELLBEING along with EXPERT ADVICE tailored for your animals' needs.

We are exclusively online (for now) and with any order we are offering FREE NEXT DAY LOCAL DELIVERY WITH FREE CONSULTATION.

Unfortunately, we are not in a position just yet to offer delivery to the rest of Ireland or overseas.

For now, we will be exclusively offering our services to local residents of North Wicklow and South Dublin in areas such as Greystones, Bray, Shankill, Kilcoole and Newtown Mount Kennedy.

At checkout, you will not be able to complete the order if you provide an address outside of our set address radius.

As the business starts and grows, we will look at entending our delivery service.

We provide a free consultation to every customer that orders with Pet HQ.

This means that when your order is delivered to you, we will be happy to stay and answer any questions you have, fit your animal for accessories, show you how the proucts work and recommend products based on your queries.

If you let us know in advance, we can also bring along products for you to look at. We will take cash and card payments in person during deliveries.

We offer free local next day delivery accoridng to our Delivery Policy.

You can expect you order the very next day except:

If you order on Saturday, you will receive your order Monday

(i.e. no deliveries on Sunday).

If you order on or the day before a national holiday, you will receive your order on the next working day.

In the unlikely case that we can not fulfil an order the next day, we will contact you immediately to arrange for an alternative delivery day.

The owner of Pet HQ, Thomas is local to Greystones and has extensive experience and a passion for working with animals. He has qualified to Master's level in animal care and nurtition focusing on exotic species and wildlife conservation. Beyond this, Thomas worked with a high profile pet store just outside of Dublin and has had pets all his life.

For most of the products on our website, we do provide dimensions particualrly for harnesses and collars. If the information isn't provided or if you are still unsure about which size to purchase, please let us know and we can advise you and fit your pet personally during our free consultation service.

Training your dog takes time and patience. Just like teaching them where to do their business, sometimes teaching them how to walk can be difficult especially if it's an older dog you're attempting to train.

However, if you equip yourself with the right equipment, training your dog to walk can be made much easier. We recommend:

Training treats to motivate and keep your dog's attention on you.

A suitable lead/collar/harness combination that works for you and your dog such as a training lead, a HALTI head collar and a JULIUS K9 harness.

And a whole lot of patience.

During our free consultation as part of our delivery service, we'd be happy to offer our help and guidance with the products and ways to help you train you dog on the lead.
