At Pet HQ, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and our service, so if you have any issues with any product bought with us please let us know and get in touch. Below we outline the two scenarios that can occur when it comes to returning goods.
According to the Sale of Goods Act 1980, any goods bought from a shop must:
Fit the description provided
Be fit for the purpose they are purchased for
Be in satisfactory condition
If you believe that you purchase does not meet the above descriptions, get in touch immediately. Once assessed by Pet HQ along with a valid proof of purchase within 30 days, and deemed to be a faulty product, you will be entitled to:
A FULL REFUND: This will be provided to the full amount paid for the faulty product according to the valid receipt and only within 30 days of purchase. The payment method used will be the form the refund will be provided (i.e. cash for cash, card for card - a card refund will only be provided on the same card used for purchase).
OR AN EXCHANGE TO THE SAME VALUE
CHANGE OF MIND
If you have changed your mind about a purchased product and the goods are provided in perfect and resellable condition (not chewed or damaged in any way), you may be offered a FULL REFUND or EXCHANGE TO THE FULL VALUE, only with a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase
